THE TEASER ON THE REFORMER The TEASER is a movement to help improve balance and control. It is for deepening or strengthening the "Powerhouse". The teaser can also be performed on the Cadillac, Wunda Chair and on the Mat.

The Tower
Thre TOWER performed on the Cadillac
The TOWER is a wonderful exercise for supplying the spine and strengthening the spinal column. It improves strength in the hips and improves the breath and coordination in the body. The tower can also be performed on the Guillotine tower.

The Reverse Pull-Up
The REVERSE PULL-UP performed on the Cadillac
The REVERSE PULL-UP challenges the individual to maintain their powerhouse in one long line. It strengthens the upper body and the arms and stretches the chest and back.

The Tree
The TREE on the Reformer
The TREE stretches and strengthens the back and also stretches the backs of the legs. It can also be performed as a ballet stretch on the Ladder Barrel.

The Hundred
The HUNDRED on the Reformer
The hundred is for expanding the breath and increase blood circulation. It also increases one's endurance and strengthens the "Powerhouse". The above shows the Hundreds being performed on the Reformer. The Hundred can also be performed on the Cadillac, Wunda chair and on the mat.
