Pilate's method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates.


It is comprised of over 500 controlled exercises. All movements initiate from what Joseph Pilates called the "Powerhouse" (the core), - the abdominal muscles, glutes and lower back muscles which are the support structure for your spine and pelvis.


The Pilates philosophy focuses on training the mind and body to work together toward a goal of overall fitness. Pilates was developed to create a healthy body, a healthy mind and a healthy life.
